To apply for you ID Card please download the application form at the bottome of the page or complete the form below. The cost is €20.00 per annum.

If you apply online for your ID card please do not send a hard copy in the post.  If you want to make sure your application was received call the office on 044 9371680.

To pay online for the ID card please click here http://www.mycharity.ie/donate_charityIndex.php?charityID=14 . Alternatively telephone the national office to make payment by Visa or Laser.
